MPC Alumna, Wallem Cadet upgrading Program topnotches

In spite of the reality that shipping industries are dominated by male seafarers , D/C Ritzell Joy H. Moragas, an alumna of Mindanao Polytechnic College topped the Batch Delta Cadet upgrading Program of Wallem Maritime Training Center, Philippines(WMTCP) last June 15,2011 at the Wallem Maritime Services, Incorporated (WMSI) Building, Intramuros, Manila.
Moragas was a consistent Dean’s Lister during her days at MPC and one of the two female cadets who graduated in her batch,S.Y 2009-2010 where she finished as With Honors. She was also one of the four female cadets among the 32 of WMTCP who passed the high standards of the company. In relation to this, D/C Moragas was also featured in an article of Buhay Marino entitled Female Cadet tops Batch Delta.
